Autimacy
Qualified Facilitator · Lived experience

Heard, seen and believed.

Autimacy is Michelle Nelligan — a qualified facilitator, student of psychotherapy and counselling, autistic and ADHD, and mum to three ASD and ADHD daughters. I work with children, teens, adults, parents and carers to make space for who they really are.

A little about me

I'm a qualified facilitator and I'm currently studying psychotherapy and counselling. I'm also autistic and ADHD, and a mum to three ASD and ADHD daughters — so much of what I bring to this work comes from living it every day.

That combination means the support I offer isn't theory-first. It's built on late diagnosis, on parenting and caring, on masking and unmasking, and on knowing what it feels like to finally be believed.

How I can help

Individual, group and workshop-based support for autistic and ADHD people and the people who care for them.

One-to-one & group facilitation

Qualified facilitation for children, teens and adults — individually or in small groups, at a pace that suits the person in the room.

Lived experience talks

Sharing my own story of being on the autism spectrum, late diagnosis, and life as a mum and carer — in schools, parent and carer groups, and with others on the spectrum.

Support through hard times

Steady, practical support for people in times of struggle and hardship, without pressure or judgement.

A space to unmask

A safe, non-judgemental space where people can drop the mask and simply be heard, seen and believed.

Workshops & coping skills

Workshops for children, teens and adults to learn and develop coping skills and regulation techniques they can actually use.

Thoughts, feelings & emotions

Supporting people to build a kinder, clearer relationship with their own thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Addiction facilitation

Facilitation services for people in addiction are available — a confidential, non-judgemental space to be supported wherever you are in your journey.
